About Us - The Warmup Project
Mission Statement
The Warmup Project is dedicated to empowering foster youth, adaptive athletes, and at-risk youth from low-income communities through inclusive fitness, mentorship, and life-skills programming. By combining the discipline of boxing with trauma-informed coaching and unwavering community support, we create safe, stable spaces where young people can heal, grow, and realize their full potential. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to rise - regardless of their background, abilities, or circumstances.
Vision Statement
We envision a future where all youth—especially those who are often overlooked or underserved - have access to the resources, relationships, and environments that help them thrive. At The Warmup Project, we strive to break down barriers, challenge systemic inequities, and build a culture of belonging through movement, mentorship, and purpose. Our vision is to spark generational change by fostering confidence, resilience, and community - one young life at a time.
